Olson Corporation developed, implemented, and maintains a Quality Management System to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product to meet, and even exceed, customer and applicable regulatory requirements and to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system. This includes processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.
Each section starts with a general policy statement expressing the commitment to implement the basic principles of the Quality Management System that is the subject of the section. The general policy statement is followed by more specific procedural policies outlining how the general policy is carried out and referencing the applicable work instructions and forms or checklists utilized.
The purpose of this manual is to define and describe the Quality Management System, to define the authorities and responsibilities of the management personnel affected by the system, and to provide general procedures for all activities comprising the Quality Management System.
